Learned counsel submits that respondent No.2 Shriram Honmane is dead. Thus, leave to delete respondent No.2. 2.

The learned counsel further submits that as per the directions of this Court, the representation of the petitioner was to be decided, however, the same is not decided till today. The person who has taken charge has also not decided and he is allowed to be added as party. In the light of that the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) . 3.
