This civil application is filed by applicants for bringing legal heirs of Petitioner No. 6 on record.

According to applicants, Petitioner No. 6 has died on 03.03.2023 and applicants No. 6A and 6B are legal heirs of petitioner No. 6 and cause of action survives as against them. There is delay of 41 days in filing the present application, which is explained in para 3 of the application.

Since cause of action survives as against applicant Nos. 6A and 6B, civil application is allowed. Delay in bringing Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 921-wp-3476-2018 legal heirs of Petitioner No. 6 is condoned.

Applicants are permitted to bring legal heirs of Petitioner No. 6 on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
