In CRA No. 26 of 2020, challenge before this Court was to the maintainability of the execution proceeding in issue raised by decree holder-Lalbee Khan. The learned execution Court in pursuance to the decree and judgment has rightly held that the decree holder has right to get the said decree executed. No other issue is involved in the said application and the impugned order. Perusal of the application for review and impugned order does not show that there is any error apparent on face of record. Hence, there is no merit in the application. Accordingly application stands dismissed.
