Under order dated 17.07.2019, we had directed the petitioner to appear before the Committee constituted by the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. Pursuant to the said order the petitioner had appeared before the Committee. The Committee has submitted the report.

The Committee has opined that the length of pregnancy as per the gestational age is of 21 weeks. The Committee has further opined that taking to consideration the above findings there is substantial risk to the fetus, if born. Pregnancy can be terminated with due risk to the

It is further submitted in the report that at present patient is admitted in the said hospital for treatment of 'hyperemesis gravidarum (excessive vomiting during pregnancy). So pregnancy can be terminated once patients general condition improves, at the place Hon'ble Court desires.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would like to terminate the pregnancy.

The learned counsel, on instructions, further submits that the petitioner would like to terminate the pregnancy at the Government Medical College and Hospital, Auranabad. 5.

In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to terminate the pregnancy.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
