Since the election process has reached an advanced stage and votes are to be recorded on 28.08.2016, no interference, at this stage, need to be caused in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, and upset the whole process of election.

Keeping the option open to raise the objections and disputes u/s 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act after conclusion of the election, writ petition stands disposed of.
