By this petition, the Petitioner seeks a limited direction to Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to finally decide his tribe claim, which has been pending since 15.06.2013. It is emphasized that, in the absence of the validity certificate, the Petitioner is not getting usual service benefits.

In that light, Respondent No.2 - scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today. 3.
