The application is filed for condonation of delay of 1182 days caused in bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.2 on the record. Both the sides are heard. Learned counsel Shri. R.B. Dhakne represented for proposed legal representatives of respondent No.2. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submission made the application is allowed. Delay is

condoned. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. Notice in appeal to the proposed legal representatives. It is given by the learned counsel.

Civil Application No. 8436 of 2014 is filed for permission to bring legal representatives of appellant No.1 and condonation of delay of 6 days caused in bringing legal representatives of the appellant No.1 on the record. Both the sides are heard. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submission made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
