The learned APP submits that charge-sheet is now filed before the Special Judge, Beed. Under such circumstances, the learned counsel representing the applicants seeks leave to amend and place copy of the charge sheet on record. Amendment be carried out on or before 20.9.2022. Copy of charge sheet be supplied to the other side in advance. 2.

Learned Advocate Mr. Deshmukh holding for Mr. Gaikwad appearing for the person intending to interfere submits that Mr. Gaikwad has filed leave note.

In view of the fact that intervention is by the original complainant, it stands allowed and disposed of. He be impleaded as a party respondent. Learned Advocate Mr. Deshmukh, holding for Mr.

Necessary copies of the petition as well as charge sheet be given to the newly impleaded party also.
