The learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to avail of the statutory remedy as against his forcible eviction by respondent nos. 2 and 3.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn since the petitioner desires to avail of the remedy, as may be permissible in law.
