Mr. Bachate, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is an aspirant for admission in the medical course and 19.07.2019 is the last date for submitting the validity certificate. The learned counsel submits that vigilance is already concluded. The petitioner has also filed his say and the petitioner would appear before the committee today.

The petitioner may appear before the committee today. In case it is possible for the
