The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur, seeking extension of time in preparing the paper book. Learned counsel submits that, Record and Proceedings of the Trial Court received on 14.3.2016 and paper book charges came to be deposited on 19.3.2016.

In view of the above submissions, leave granted. Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. Needless to say that, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur may consider the delay in receiving the record and proceedings from the Trial Court and to pass the appropriate order in respect of extension of time.
