The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to Mahadev Koli (S.T.) is pending since the year 2012. The learned counsel further submits that, the vigilance has been conducted.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the

2 wp 8914.19 respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01st August, 2019.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
