Delay of 84 days is sought to be condoned by the present applicant who wants to prefer an appeal against the order of acquittal of respondent No. 2. 3.

The hearing of both sides would show that as the conscious decision is required to be taken at various levels of the applicant - Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company, the delay has occurred.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits

criapln4589-2014 that the delay is sought to be condoned without giving any details of the dates of such decision making. 4.

In my view, sufficient reasons are made out for condonation of delay. The delay is, therefore, condoned. The present application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.

The application for grant of leave to file appeal i.e. criminal application No. 4588/2014 be placed for hearing.
