Heard rival submissions. The appellant- Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay of 660 days which appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. Though there is objection from the original claimants for considering the statutory right of the appellant -Acquiring Body, the delay of 660 days stands condoned.

Therefore, the application is accordingly disposed of. 3.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
