The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the Secretary of the Education Society has issued them the show cause notices dated 26.07.2022 calling for an explanation for the reasons set out therein, as an opportunity of hearing before taking a decision whether, they should be suspended. 2.

The petitioners are only issued with show cause notices. Their explanation is expected by the Secretary of the Society. Their contention that the Secretary is unauthorized, can be set out in the reply to the show cause notice. The decision on

*2* 46wp8682o22 the notice as to whether, the petitioners could be suspended or not, is yet to be taken. The writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be exercised on speculation.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Needless to state, the petitioners would tender their reply to the show cause notices and the Society would consider the said reply and pass an appropriate order strictly as per law. 5.
