All these matters are arising out of award passed by Reference Court in proceedings initiated under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Mr. Indrale Patil, learned Advocate appearing for appellant submits that so far as awards, which are impugned in First Appeal, the Reference Court recorded that claimants/appellants failed to
