The applicant, who is the wife of the respondent, is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.37 of 2021, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalna to the Family Court, Ahmednagar. It is a proceeding for dissolution of marriage. It is being averred that since after the bickering, she has been staying at her parental home at Ahmednagar. The distance between Ahmednagar and Jalna is 180 kms. and it is difcult for her to attend the proceeding at Jalna. In order to avoid hardship, she prays for transferring the proceeding from Jalna to Ahmednagar.

The Respondent has been duly served with notice for fnal disposal but has not appeared.

The averments in the application go without demur. 5.

The application is allowed. Hindu Marriage Petition No.37 of 2021 is transferred from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalna to the Family Court, Ahmednagar. ( MANGESH S. PATIL ) JUDGE SPT
