By this petition, the petitioners seek direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 6 to pay to the petitioners the amount of stipend and the interest thereon.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 submits that the payment of stipend has been already disbursed to the petitioners. However, on instructions, he further submits that in case any of the petitioners has not received the amount of stipend,

wp8064-2015 respondent No. 3 will ensure that they will receive the amount of stipend within a period of six weeks from today.

In view of above statement by the learned counsel for respondent No.3, the grievance of the petitioners stand redressed. Further, in case the petitioners have any remedy for the relief of payment of interest on stipend, they would be at liberty to avail such remedy. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
