The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an objection to the voters list. The said objection be directed to be decided before preparing the final voters list.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent no. 3.

Naturally, if the objections are raised to the provisional voters list within the time stipulated then the authority is required to decide the said objections before the publication of the final voters list. The petitioner's apprehension does not appear to be based on actual facts.
