By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners pray in prayer clause "C" as under :- "C. By issuing appropriate writ or direction the respondents be directed to exclude the regularization of bonded Auxilary Nurse Midwife from perview of selection committee as they are already selected for ANM course on merit by following statutory reservation and roaster and their service be regularized by khs/Jan.2016/9852

issuing appropriate recruitment rules as in the case of General Nurse Midwife (Staff-Nurse) dtd. 15/04/2015." 3.

Whether there should be examination or not for selecting the candidates, is outside the judicial purview.

In that view of the matter, we do not think that the prayers made by the petitioners can be granted. So far as the prayer of the petitioners for regularization is concerned, the petitioners shall pursue the respondent authorities for the same. 5.

Petition stands dismissed.
