On 4.1.2016, when the matter was called out, the counsel for petitioner was absent. Today the learned A.G.P on instructions states that the word permanent-no-grant has been deleted as per Government Resolution dated 26.2.2014 and to such Schools as per the conditions grant-in-aid is being granted and proposals are being scrutinised.

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner now does not survive. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

Rule discharged. No costs.
