The petitioners assail the order of repatriation passed in the year 2007. This Court had not granted any stay. 2.

On 12.06.2017 when the matter was called out, nobody appeared for petitioners. The Court passed an order that, if nobody turns up on the next date, the matter would be dismissed. 3.

Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for petitioners. The writ petition as such is dismissed for non prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
