DATE : 19/07/2017 PER COURT :- 1] It is stated that, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kandhar, District Nanded/respondent no.3 will issue the caste/tribe certificate to the petitioner today by 5.30 p.m. 2] In the circumstances, we direct the third respondent to admit the petitioner to the Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya and allow the petitioner to attend the classes and take examinations as well. The petitioner shall hand over the caste/tribe certificate on receipt to the Principal of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidhyalaya. It is on this condition that the petitioner is admitted in school.
