DATE : OCTOBER 30, 2018 PER COURT It is submitted that positive recommendations have been made by the Director of Education to the State Government for payment of salary of the petitioner amounting to Rs.23,45,927/-. The said recommendations are sent through the communication dated 29.10.2018.

Respondent no.1 - School Education and Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, shall take a decision on the communication of the Director of Education dated 29.10.2018, within three months from today. If the decision is favourable, payment shall be made to the petitioner immediately.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.

In case, the decision is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner may agitate against the same.
