We have heard Mr. Salgar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Jadhavar,learned Advocate for respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner, seeking appointment on compassionate ground (Exh.F page 25), forwarded by the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Osmanabad is pending with the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that decision would be taken upon it.

Respondent no.3 shall take decision upon the 1/2

application of the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground, forwarded by the District Deputy Registrar (Cooperative Societies) Osmanabad, (Exh.F Page 25) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
