The applicant moved an application for relaxation of condition of furnishing the bail of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is unable to secure one or two surety of Rs.50,000/-. However, he is ready to furnish the solvent surety upon the possession of immovable property in bonds of small amount not exceeding Rs.15,000/-.

In paragraph No.14 in Chapter I of the Criminal Manual, 1980, the amendment has been inserted and the letters and figures, "15,000/-" at both places have been substituted for "Rs.50,000/-".

In view of this amendment, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.
