The learned AGP representing the Committee submits that in one month's time, the decision in the pending proceeding of the petitioner would be delivered since the hearing is complete. 2.

We have been informed by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, in several matters, that it has instructed the concerned Medical Colleges to release the internship certificates in matters wherein the claims for validity are pending. However, degree certificates are not to be issued and original certificates are also not to be parted with.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (A) The Government Medical College At Aurangabad, shall release the internship certificate of the petitioner, on or before 21/09/2022.

(B) The degree certificate of the petitioner shall not be released by the University until her claim is adjudicated. (C) The statement of the Committee is recorded that copy of the Vigilance Inquiry report would be served upon the petitioner on or before 16/09/2022.

(D) The petitioner would appear before the Aurangabad Committee on 21/09/2021, at 02.00 p.m., along with written submissions / notes of arguments which would be tendered to the Committee.
