The order impugned in this writ petition has been passed in exercise of power under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. A remedy of appeal has been provided against such order by virtue of Section 152 of the said Act. 2.

Since the petitioners have an alternate remedy in the nature of appeal, they are permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority. Time spent in this proceeding, may be considered by the concerned authority for condonation of delay, if any.
