We had recorded the statement of the learned in-charge Government Pleader that the encroachment has been demolished and the proposal of the petitioner for regularization has been returned back. The matter was kept today so as to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to take instructions.

The learned counsel submits that the construction has been demolished.

In the light of that, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
