Heard. At the outset the learned Advocate for applicant No.1 withdraws application of applicant No.1 - husband. The application of applicant No.1- husband is disposed off as withdrawn. 02.

Perused the FIR and the relevant police papers it is seen that the allegations against other applicants are vague, general and omnibus in nature. Inspite of there being objection on the part of learned Advocate for respondent No.2 and learned APP, we are allowing this application, since asking the applicants to stand the trial would be an abuse of process of Court. 03.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B-1) to the extent of applicant Nos.2 to 7.
