Petitioner's proposal has been pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since the year 2014. 2.

It is being pointed out that this Court at Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 7534 of 2018 had directed certificate of validity to be issued to his real brother Shrinivas Iralwad. Similarly in Writ Petition No. 10828 of 2023, this Court has found another real brother Shubham Iralwad to be entitled to have certificate of validity. The petitioner submits that he has already submitted reply to the vigilance enquiry report.

We dispose of the petition by directing the Committee to decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one (01) week from today. The

2 wp 7891.24 Committee may consider granting conditional validity in the light of orders of this Court in the matter of petitioner's real brothers.
