The petitioner assails the validity issued in favour of the present respondent No. 3. The petitioner is a defeated candidate in the election.

In fact there was no material before the Committee put forth by the present petitioner so as to consider adverse documents. It would not be appropriate to entertain the writ petition directly before this Court.

The petitioner may file application with the Committee
2 wp 8032.15 putting forth all the documents on which the petitioner seeks to rely. The Committee may scan the said documents and if the Committee feels it appropriate or that there are prima facie grounds to entertain the said application, then the Committee may entertain the said application on its own merits, of course, after following principles of natural justice and hearing all the parties concerned and take appropriate decision, expeditiously. 4.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 5.
