The application is filed for condonation of delay of two days caused in filing application for setting aside the order of refusal of registration to register the matter due to office objection and for restoration of the matter. In view of the submissions made and contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of refusal of registration is hereby set aside.
