It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee, Ahmednagar constituted under the circular dated 25-06-2015 issued by Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. The petitioner contends that he has already tendered appropriate representation/ complaint to the District Level Committee Ahmednagar. If the representation / complaint tendered by the petitioner is pending before the District Level Committee, Ahmednagar, the said Committee shall take decision on it and issue appropriate directions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of such representation/complaint.
