Perusal of the investigation papers does not show that the deceased was staying with applicant. In the first information report it is specifically mentioned that she was staying along with her husband at Shirur Tajband whereas the applicant was resident of Dhamangaon. In view of these facts, there is substance in the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the allegations made in the first information report by the brother of the deceased against the applicant about she causing harassment to the deceased are false.
