PER COURT :- Perused the affidavit in reply presented on behalf of the respondents; wherein, it is stated that, certain deficiencies were found in regard to issuance of positive verification of certificate of reservation. The petitioner contends that, the action of respondents refusing to issue positive verification in their favour is discriminatory and erroneous.

The contention raised by the petitioner, touching to merit of the decision of the respondent, need not be considered, while dealing with the Contempt Petition. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law.
