This Court by order dated 10.2.2015 directed the respondenthusband to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- towards arrears of interim maintenance as ordered by the lower appellate court. The applicantwife has filed present application for withdrawal of said amount. Since the amount is deposited towards arrears of interim maintenance, there is no hurdle, as such, if the amount is paid to the applicant-wife.

In view of the above, criminal application is allowed in terms prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
