3.

Mr.Warad, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that in fact, the petitioner and the Education Officer are hand in glove. Joining hands with the Head Master and the Education Officer, the petitioner is now issued

4.

It is for the Education Officer to take decision about the staffing pattern as existing today. As simpliciter withdrawal is sought for, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. (K.L.WADANE,J.) (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.18.01.2017.
