The learned AGP places on record a copy of the order dated 21.09.2022, by which approval to the compassionate appointment of the Petitioner has been granted and she would earn Rs.1700/-per month from 01.12.2019 to 30.11.2022. The same is marked as "X" for identification.

The issue of such meager stipend, which is practically Rs.54/- per day, is being taken up on 17.10.2022, pursuant to the order passed by this Court earlier directing the State Government

2 wp 8762.2022 to revise the stipend at least to Rs.8000/- per month.

In view of the above, the purpose of filing this Petition is achieved. The Petitioner is satisfied to the extent of the order dated 21.09.2022, that has been passed and a copy has been supplied to her today in the Court.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.
