In view of the nature of prayer, which was in respect of issuing of the order to grant approval to the petitioner as incharge headmaster and other reliefs claimed in the year 2013, the matter must have become infructuous. The contention of the petitioner that he was a senior most teacher and he was entitled to post of the headmaster as per seniority. Keeping this issue raised in the petition open for consideration in proper proceeding and if cause of action arises. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
