We have heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for respondent no.4, so also learned AGP for respondent

wp8701.18 nos. 1 to 3.

It is submitted that the orders were issued disqualifying the petitioners. The petitioners had filed appeal before the Hon'ble Minister. When the said petition was being heard, the order was passed that appeal is not tenable before the Hon'ble Minister and directed to approach the Divisional Joint Registrar.

The petitioners filed appeal before the Divisional Joint Registrar on 4.7.2018.

The Divisional Joint Registrar did not grant ad-interim stay and has placed the matter on 1.8.2018. Against the said order, present Writ Petition is filed. 4.

The Caveators here are the party respondent before the Divisional Joint Registrar. In view of that, the respondents are aware of the proceedings kept on 1.8.2018. The respondents shall appear in

wp8701.18 the matter on 1.8.2018 and the Divisional Joint Registrar shall decide the said application within ten days. It is submitted that as on today no election programme has been issued.

With the above observations, Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
