{2} ca14979.13.odt The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 3764 days in all these applications, which appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis.

The learned AGP strongly opposed the applications on the ground that these applications are pending since 2013. However, the learned Counsel for the applicants today submitted a chart, as directed by this Court, mentioning the activities that took place in these applications since 2013. It appears that all the matters were heard by the earlier Court and even those were reserved for orders.

In view of the same, and considering statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 3764 days, in all these applications, stands condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

Civil Applications are disposed of.

Appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
