This application is filed for condonation of delay of 1903 days in filing Second Appeal. Though the learned Counsel for contesting respondent No.1 remained absent but considering the huge delay the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause - B subject to deposit of cost of Rs.3,000/- (rupees Three Thousands only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks.
