By present application, the applicants/appellants challenge the order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 06.02.2025, whereby, registration of the present Civil Revision Application was refused on account of failure to remove the office objections within time. The applicants pray to quash and set aside the said order and to restore the Civil Application to its original status, by condoning the delay of 140 days caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 06.02.2025, passed by

23-sr944 learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby quashed and set aside. The Civil Revision Application stands restored to its original position, provided the applicants/appellants shall remove all the office objections within two weeks from today, failing which, the effect of order dated 06.02.2025 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) shall continue.
