The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the fact that he retired on 30th April,

(2) 2015, till date, he has not been paid retiral benefits like gratuity, leave encashment, commutation and benefit of regular pension along with interest.

Keeping in view that the petitioner has been retired and till date, there is no inquiry or any other case pending against him, we dispose of this petition, by directing the Collector, Beed to process petitioner's pension papers and take necessary steps for release of all pensionary benefits to the petitioner, which are not being released as yet.

The entire exercise to monitor and release of all pensionary benefits, with approved interest thereof, to the petitioner, shall be made by the Collector, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Needless to say that if there is any legal

(3) impediment, the Collector shall inform the petitioner accordingly.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
