Mr. Bagul, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the proposals for transfer of restricted land U/Sec. 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code are pending with the State

2 wp 8848.19 Government for more than two years. The same are not yet decided.

In case proposals filed by petitioners are pending with the State Government for transfer of the land, then the State Government shall decide the same after hearing all parties concerned, on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
