PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.2-Committee to take a decision on the caste validation claim tendered to the Committee on 12.10.2010 by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

2) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th October, 2015 and as such, no separate notice, requiring her present before the Committee, shall be necessary.

3) In the meanwhile, the College, where the petitioner is taking her education, is directed to permit the petitioner to prosecute her further studies, subject to decision of the Respondent No.2-Committee in respect of tribe claim.

4) With the directions, as above, the petition is disposed of.
