The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the appeal has been filed in the year 2011, however, no further progress has been made.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent No. 4.

If an appeal is filed before the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, School Tribunal is expected to deal with the appeal expeditiously. The parties are also required to co-operate for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

Old appeals are to be given priority. It is submitted that, the appeal is pending since the year 2011.

The petitioner shall file an application with the School Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the appeal. The School Tribunal shall endeavour to dispose of appeal expeditiously and if any party is not co-operating in expeditious disposal of the appeal, may take action against the said party. 6.

In case, hereinafter appeal is not decided within reasonable period, the petitioner may move the Court. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
