By way of filing this Petition, the petitioner has sought directions to the Respondent - State Government to sanction the posts of assistant teachers. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Zilla Parishad has tendered across bar the Government Resolution issued by School Education and Sports Department, Government of Maharashtra dated 27th November, 2015. The same is taken on record. 3.

Upon perusal of the contents of the said Government Resolution, it appears that, 793 posts of the assistant teachers are sanctioned by the State Government. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Zilla Parishad submits that, in the light of the said Government Resolution, the necessary steps would be taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
