By the impugned order dated 20/04/2019, the Revisional Authority has set aside the order of District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Aurangabad and remitted the matter to the District Deputy Registrar for reconsideration in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the respective parties. The matter is pending since long period of time without the decision by District Deputy Registrar and it would be more appropriate that the District Deputy Registrar to decide the remitted matter within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of this order.

Both the parties to appear before the District Deputy Registrar on 06/10/2023.
